Clinical Supervision is an administrative and clinical process designed to facilitate the counselor’s ability to deliver the best possible service to clients, both qualitative and quantitative according with agency policy, procedures, and the context of a positive relationship between counselor and supervisor (Powell & Brodsky 1993).
